Disappointment. 😥

Scene: Cabana⛺️, drinks🧃, sand and crystal clear water🏖. This is the perfect place for a vacation to forget the woes of 2020.

Reality: Last night I received a pressing unavoidable matter that came up.

Emotions: Disappointment. Cancellation of my trip, and a long weekend. 😢

It's always easy to get caught up on detours or the closure of road you wanted to navigate through.

I know the saying goes, "if one door closes another one opens". However, I feel that isn't a complete statement, since it doesn't mention when the next door will open or how it will open. I am left in limbo to decipher when the door will open.

So, I challenge that by saying

"When one door closes, create a key to open another door"🚪🔑

Instead of leaving it to time or circumstance, take charge of the situation.

Disappointments come and go, so don't leave it to chance. You control your own reality, and you author ✍️ your own story.

Resolve: I fashioned my own key 🔑 to unlock my next dream vacation🏝 at a later time. I still need that rejuvenation and relaxation, to perform at my fullest in all arenas in my life.
