I think at PIVOTAL moments in professional development, we must sit back🪑and reflect 🤔on the past decisions that lead to our present. We must then STRATEGIZE our moves 🚗for the future.

Mistakes are human🤦🏾‍♀️, and there are consequences for each action. When standing🧍🏾‍♀️up for yourself and other employees, correlates with that of a mistake❌😵, then what is the problem? The role or yourself? 🙋🏾‍♀️(It's the the role. Agree? )

Being an AGILE TECH DISRUPTOR🌪 is NOT an EASY PATH 🛣but it's a PURPOSEFUL one😌. Go where you are VALUED,☺️ or better yet design your own path 👩🏾‍🎨. (Find a mentor a colleague to help you a long the way.)
