I think at PIVOTAL moments in professional development, we must sit back🪑and reflect 🤔on the past decisions that lead to our present. We must then STRATEGIZE our moves 🚗for the future.
Mistakes are human🤦🏾♀️, and there are consequences for each action. When standing🧍🏾♀️up for yourself and other employees, correlates with that of a mistake❌😵, then what is the problem? The role or yourself? 🙋🏾♀️(It's the the role. Agree? )
